What got you into fitness
I got into fitness as a way to fight depression. At first, it was just something to help me cope, but over time, I realized how much stronger—both mentally and physically—it made me. Now, it’s an essential part of my life, and I became a coach to help others experience that same transformation.
What’s Your Source of Inspiration
I draw inspiration from the constant evolution in my fitness journey, which pushes me to empower others through coaching.
What’s Your Go-To Cheat Meal
When it’s time for a cheat meal, nothing beats a good burger!
